Fees
Individual Therapy
My fee for 50 minutes of individual therapy is $225.00.
Insurance
I am currently in network with Aetna for GA residents. For all other insurance companies, I am considered an out of network provider. If you have one of those policies, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company for a portion of the cost of therapy if you have out-of-network benefits. I am happy to have my assistant call and check on your out-of-network benefits.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you will be responsible for payment to me at the time of service. I can then give you a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for any potential reimbursement.
Payment Options
I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, or checks. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a scheduled therapy session, a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session. It is important to note that insurance does not cover the cost of late cancellations or no shows.
