For existing clients, please click on the Client Portal button above to be taken to the client portal where you can schedule or reschedule appointments. To log in you will need your email address and password that you set up when you completed your intake paperwork.
If you have forgotten your password, just click "Forgot Your Password?" and you will be able to reset it.
Click "request appointment" to view available appointments and to schedule your first session.
Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to paperwork to read, complete, and sign prior to your first appointment.
If you are using insurance, my assistant will also check your benefits for you and let you know of any copay that you will have at your visit.
